(Bucks County, PA) The Bucks County Conference & Visitors Bureau (BCCVB), the official tourism promotion agency of Bucks County, announces the addition of two Board Members: Paul Licitra and Patrick Brogan.
Paul Licitra, a Bucks County resident since 1975, is the currently the Owner of Tuscany at the Towpath House Restaurant in New Hope for the past two years after a brief retirement in 2000. Previously, Licitra was the owner of Towpath House Restaurant for twenty years in New Hope. He is also currently the Executive & Artistic Director of New Hope Arts Commission where he is responsible for fund raising and creating venues for Bucks County Artists. Previous positions include being the Owner of Bucks County Catering and an Apparel & Costume Designer in New York City. He is also a founding member of the PA Tourist Commission established by Governor Thornburg. He currently resides in New Hope and has been appointed to fill an unexpired term.
Patrick Brogan is currently the General Manager of the recently converted Crowne Plaza Bucks County Hotel for the past four years. Previous positions include being the General Manager of the Sheraton Bucks County Hotel for twelve years and a Marriott Hotel Regional Director for two years. As a previous board member since 1992, Brogan held positions as Vice President and Treasurer and has been the Chairman of numerous committees including Marketing and Human Resources. He currently resides in Richboro and has been elected to fill an unexpired term.
The BCCVB is governed by a board of directors, comprised of eleven members appointed by the County Commissioners and seven members elected by marketing partners. The Board of Directors meets monthly to establish policy for the BCCVB.
