Critically Acclaimed Bucks County Artist Rich Grote to Showcase Work at Bucks County Visitors Center

(Bucks County, PA) Local artist Rich Grote will be showing a collection of his recent paintings inspired by his life here in Bucks County, including portraits and published illustrations at the Bucks County Visitors Center from Sunday, January 18th- Friday, February 27th, 2009. This exhibit is apart of the “Discover the Arts in Bucks” rotating art exhibit at the Visitors Center in Bensalem and is free and open to the public seven days a week.

His work has appeared inside national magazines such as National Lampoon, Business Week, and Psychology Today, and on book jackets and in advertising worldwide.  

Grote studied illustration and painting at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and portrait painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. His work has been shown at the Society of Illustrators in New York, at art director’s clubs in the Tri-state area and at local venues including the Pearl S. Buck House and Advanced Medical Solutions Great Room.
