Paul Bencivengo as New Director of Marketing

(Bucks County, PA) The Bucks County Conference & Visitors Bureau (BCCVB), the official tourism promotion agency of Bucks County, is proud to announce the new hire of Paul Bencivengo as the new Director of Marketing.

Bencivengo brings years of destination marketing management as he joins us from the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau (PCVB) as their Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications. During his tenure, he specialized in creating sales and marketing campaigns to attract group tour, major association, tradeshow and corporate meetings. Bencivengo launched the “Bring it Home” campaign to keep meetings in the Philadelphia region resulting in a $4.7 million future economic impact. Most recently, he developed “Philadelphia. The Complete Package” to promote the region as a premier meetings and conventions destination focusing on expansion of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. He also directed the website development for www.philadelphiausa.travel and built the travel trade’s first web-based itinerary builder Planit Philadelphia, which received widespread industry acclaim.

As a resident, I am very familiar with the many assets of art, culture, history and hospitality that Bucks County offers to residents and visitors alike.” Said Bencivengo. “Charm and sophistication are synonymous with Bucks County and I plan to continue spreading that message.”
