Visit Bucks County Helps Improve Local Economy through Biannual Grant Program
(Bucks County, PA) Visit Bucks County’s (VBC) Tourism Grant program, instituted in 2008, assists in funding not-for-profit tourism organizations in the area.
$1.3 million in tourism grant funds were distributed over the past five years.
Applications for the next round of grants are due by April 1st.
VBC supports the grant program from a portion of the Bucks County lodging tax. Eligible recipients are limited to nonprofits or other entities located in Bucks County and are marketing partners of the tourism office.
Past grant recipients include the Bucks County Wine Trail, James A. Michener Art Museum, New Hope Historical Society, Pearl S. Buck House and the Friends of Washington Crossing Park.
