More than 200 Brides Expected at the 4th Annual Bucks County Bridal Show

(Bucks County, PA) Calling all brides! Visit Bucks County, the official tourism promotion agency of Bucks County, is thrilled to announce the 4th Annual Bucks County Bridal Show on Sunday, February 19, 2012! From classic to contemporary wineries, historic mansions, charming country inns and chic ballrooms, brides and their most trusted confidants will have the opportunity to discover Bucks County’s finest venues under one roof. All brides and guests are encouraged to pre-register for this FREE event to be entered to win a romantic Bucks County getaway.

This one-of-a-kind show, hosted at the Bucks County Visitor Center in Bensalem, will feature more than 40 exhibitors, including service vendors, hotels and wedding professionals. Some of the county’s most unique and captivating venues such as Peddlers Village, New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, Pen Ryn Mansion and wineries along the Bucks County Wine Trail await the bride-to-be and her family.

“Year over year we strive to host the best Bridal Show in the area,” stated Jerry Lepping, executive director, Visit Bucks County. “From historic mansions along the Delaware River to 19th-century castles with breathtaking views, Bucks County is the ideal destination for residents in the New York/Philadelphia region.”

New this Year: In partnership with Philadelphia Wedding magazine, Visit Bucks County will be giving away a COMPLETE Bucks County wedding! The “Search for the Greatest Groom” contest ended December 31st and the announcement of the winning bride and groom will take place during the show. From the venue and catering, to the dress and flowers, this lucky bride and groom will receive a Bucks County wedding of a lifetime.

Say Yes to that Dress!: The day concludes with the opportunity to view a variety of styles of wedding dresses by Sadie's Bridal, located in Bensalem, at the fashion show from 5-6pm. Door prizes are picked following the fashion show.

For the Guys: Don’t forget to bring the groom! The “Grooms’ Room” will feature entertainment, snacks, food vouchers, tuxedo rental information from Frank DeRito Fine Men’s Clothier and much more.

Donate: Have a gently worn bridesmaid or prom dress? A Woman’s Place, Bucks County’s only domestic violence organization located in Doylestown, will be on-hand to collect dresses with all proceeds benefiting the organization.
