Every once in a while I come across something in Bucks County that makes me feel like I’m right smack dab in the middle of a Hallmark movie. The unique experience just feels like something that would only take place in scenes from a quintessential/picturesque movie. Open Harvest at Wycombe Vineyards was one of those moments.
Bucks County’s fall season is in full swing and with it comes festive foodie events, haunted hayrides, Oktoberfests, pumpkin picking and fall festivals galore!
When the air turns cool and fall settles in, there is one place I make sure I visit at least once every autumn - Styer Orchard.
The waning summer days into fall are one of the most exciting times of the year at a winery. During harvest season, vineyards come alive with ripening grapes and thriving vines, offering a picturesque view and marking the start of a new wine season.
From drinks to fine cuisine and history to exercise, riding a bike can be paired with almost anything! So, dust off your bike and take to the road for these Bucks County spots!

The public is invited to a once-in-a-lifetime display of General Washington’s daring crossing of the Delaware River from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 16 at Washington Crossing Historic Park!
So many of us love history - but some eras speak to us more than others. For example, I have a co-worker who is a Civil War reenactor, but I love the decades between 1920-1970. We joke that we both dig the 60s - but just in different centuries!
