Grand Marnier French Toast

Recipe from The Golden Pheasant Inn

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 slices of bread (challah or brioche)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Grand Marnier liqueur

Directions:

Whip together eggs, vanilla, salt, pepper, milk and Grand Marnier with a fork. Heat a pan to medium high and add butter and oil. Dip
