Eggs Florentine with Hollandaise Sauce
Recipe by The Golden Pheasant Inn

Ingredients:

English muffin (One muffin split in half feeds one person)

4 cups fresh spinach (Allow 4 cups per person)

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 whole eggs (2 eggs per single serving)

1tsp white
