You are invited to attend the pastel art exhibit “Roaming Around Bucks County” by Bucks County en plein air artist, Helena vanEmmerik-Finn.  Helena discovered the pastel medium while working at the Jersey shore as a quick-sketch artist and has never looked back.  VanEmmerik-Finn meanders around Bucks County in search of beautiful vistas to paint. Painting along the Delaware River, where the light is very unique and luminous, is one of her passions.  The spontaneity of the pastel medium allows VanEmmerik-Finn to capture the mercurial light, which is unmistakable in her work. You will recognize familiar landmarks of Bucks County and, of course, the scenic beauty of the Bucks’ countryside in VanEmmerik’s plein air collection. Helena was awarded second place in 2018’s Bucks County Plein Air Festival. Stop in and see this picturesque exhibit by one of Bucks County’s talented artists.
