- Days & Hours of Operation: Choice Party Linens, Inc. is open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm. Call for Saturday and evening hours. A staff member is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additions to linen orders will be taken at any time. Deletions or changes will be accepted only until 1pm on the business day prior to delivery.
- Credit Cards Accepted:
- Booking Notes: All sample orders require 48 hours notice.
- Payment Policy: All linen rentals are delivered C.O.D. unless prior credit approval has been granted. A completed credit card authorization form is required on file for all samples.
- Deposit policy: On orders paid by cash or credit card, security deposits will be refunded within five business days after linens are returned. Security deposits on orders paid by check will be refunded within ten business days after linens are returned.
- Cancel policy: Credit cannot be given on any unused items.
