The farm-to-fork inspired menu will feature a wide selection of items such as gourmet burgers and chef-inspired comfort foods made from locally sourced ingredients including grass-fed Pennsylvania beef, Pennsylvania premium reserve pork, free range chicken, and locally grown produce. A unique highlight of this eatery will be a custom built Rotisserie bar roasting the freshest meats in the region. Guests will enjoy a vast list of wines from the Americas, handcrafted cocktails and 28 craft beers on tap. The restaurant features a 33-seat bar flanked by 14 large HD TVs, an 11 foot wide LED video wall and the capability for live intimate acoustic performances. Dinner will be served nightly for up to 230 guests and the late night bar open until 2am.
