Wedding rentals include the room for the entire day, 2 hours for a rehearsal 2 days before your wedding, full set up of tables, chairs, linens, cloth napkins, cake plates, a wedding day assistant to help with arrival, organization of the day, and any other needs during your event, 4 hours of staff for food, bar, and clean up. If you choose to have guests longer than 4 hours other arrangements can be made for staffing per request.

The Proper Brewing Company is the exclusive caterer for The Palace Room. No outside food is permitted; however, you can bring your own dessert.
Please add 6% PA Sales Tax and 20% gratuity to any food package.
$125.00 bar service fee will be applied to any bar package.
Full set up, china, flatware, tablecloths (White, Ivory or Black) and clean up are included.
You may enter the banquet room one (1) hour before your scheduled event.
(Unless for a wedding or other arrangements are made)
The banquet room must be vacated within 30 minutes after the agreed upon rental time and all events must be finished by 11:00PM.
The Proper Brewing Company does not allow the affixing of anything to the painted walls, furnishings, or ceilings of the room. No nails, tacks, staples, scotch tape, or anything that penetrates the walls should be used. Open flame candles, glitter, or confetti are not permitted.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the host is allotted 30 days to reschedule the event. If an event is cancelled by the host, any retainer will be forfeited

Tab Bar Package
We can hold a running tab with a credit card for all of your guests for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cash Bar Package
Guest can pay per drinks
Five (5) Beers, Up to Eight (8) Wines, and One (1) Cider will be served with any bar service at The Palace Room Bar (styles are based on availability).
The bar will close 30 minutes prior to event finish time, at that time water, soda, and coffee will be available.
Guests are welcomed to visit our front bar as well for additional beverage selections.
Custom packages are also available
Any open bar package includes unlimited soda and juice
A $125 Service Fee will be added to any bar package or tab/cash bar
Soda packages are available at $3.00 pp without bar service
No Outside Alcohol is Permitted
All menu prices are subject to market fluctuation.
Your event will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the applicable retainer accompanied by signed contract. The following retainer schedule will apply:
Initial Retainer is required to reserve the space and is due upon signing of the contract.
Final payment is due no later than 10 days prior to event. Final payment must be in the form of check or cash only.
All retainers will be applied to your final invoice. All required retainers are non-refundable. All credit card charges will be subject to an additional 2% convenience fee. Any returned checks will be subject to a $50 returned check fee and only cash, money order or certified check will be accepted thereafter.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event the client should cancel, written notice should be received. All required retainers are non-transferrable & non-refundable. The Proper Brewing Company shall have the right to terminate this contract if the client fails to meet or violates any terms of the contract, in which case the provisions of this cancellation policy also apply.
Catering Information:
TPBC provides all food and beverage. No outside food or beverage is permitted without the approval of management. No food provided is permitted to leave the premises. Due to Health Department rules, no food will be permitted to leave the premise.
Children’s meals are available for children age 2 – 10 years. Children do not count toward minimum guarantee required by contract.
All final menu selections and details are required no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Final guaranteed attendance is due no later than 14 days prior to scheduled event.
All cider, wine and liquor are from Pennsylvania.
TPBC, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the PA Liquor Control Board. Therefore, all beer, wine and liquor must be supplied and controlled by TPBC. In compliance with state law and insurance regulations, consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons less than 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Government issued photo identification must be provided by the guest upon request. TPBC reserves the right to discontinue all or any part of the service to any function in the event of disregard for the law on the part of the event sponsor, group contact or any guest in attendance. TPBC is required by law to terminate liquor service to any guest who, in our judgment, appears to be intoxicated. Bartenders will ask for valid photo I.D. for any guest who looks under the age of 30 including bridal party. Any alcoholic beverages brought in will be confiscated!
If any guest is on premise with outside alcohol, your event will be terminated without refund.
A 6% Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge will be applied to any Food package.
Retainer is the cost of the room
Decorations:
No glitter or confetti is permitted.
No balloons with glitter or confetti inside.
Fog or fog like machines, taper candles, wall or ceiling hangings are not permitted.
All candles must be in a glass holder.
TPBC is not responsible for lost, stolen or items left after the reception.
Nothing can be affixed to the walls.
Entertainment:
All Disc Jockeys, Bands and Photo Booths must be fully insured and have proof of a commercial general liability insurance policy on file with TPBC prior to event. It is Client’s responsibility to make sure certificate of insurance is on file in a timely manner. See event manager for details of requirements.
All DJ’s, bands and photo booths must bring their own equipment including tables and extension cords.
TPBC reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. The patron assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests in attendance; and any damages that may occur as a result of their conduct. TPBC does not assume responsibility for personal property or equipment brought into the facility.
All guests, entertainment and decorations must be out of The Palace Room 30 minutes after your event is over.
If the event needs to be canceled by TPBC due to inclement weather, the host is allotted 30 days to reschedule the event.

The Proper Brewing Company is a local, family friendly restaurant and brewery located in the historic Palace Theater downtown Quakertown, PA.
TPBC features a rotating selection of our own craft made beers and Pennsylvania wines, cider, spirits and cocktails.. Our beers are made from quality, natural ingredients with recipes we developed and have been enjoyed by many. Our food menu is a changing selection of sandwiches, small plates and entrées featuring local ingredients sourced and seasonal additions.
We donate the spent grains from our beer making process to local farms to supplement feed for their animals.
The Proper Brewing Company is deeply committed to giving back to our community. We have raised our family here and will continue supporting the many organizations and events that make Quakertown special.
