Summer is here which means it is time to spend more time with the dogs. Don’t forget, they have been waiting for this all year. Yardley is a great place to bring the pups for a day full of fun and Pup Cups in Bucks County! These dogs can’t wait to tell you about their day in Yardley.
Doug (the Golden Doodle) and Holly (the Mini Labradoodle) started their morning off right at Pretty Bird Coffee located on Main Street. There were so many delicious options for food and drink, but they settled on an Iced Chai Tea Latte with espresso and a Blackberry Lemonade... for their owners of course. They enjoyed a Pup Cup while they sat on the shaded deck outside on this warm day.
After their morning coffee, Doug and Holly took a short 10-minute walk to get bagels from their absolute favorite spot - Bagel Train. The authentic hand-rolled New York Bagels were out of this world. There were so many options for flavors and sandwiches, that they will be coming back to try them all. Although they had to wait outside, it was well worth it after getting a bite of this beautiful red white and blue bagel with cream cheese.
While waiting, they also got to see and sniff the beautiful flowers outside of Ye Olde Yardley Florist & Flower Delivery located next to Bagel Train. They have gorgeous summer selections for purchase outside of their shop and delivery options for bouquets and flowers online.
The dogs walked around town some more and stopped outside some super cute local shops. While their owners went into the Commonplace Reader to pick up some summer reads, the deck had perfect benches to wait by. They also stopped in the Yardley Refillery to restock some of their at-home products. The Refillery not only helps stop waste but often has more sustainable and health-conscious profiles. And don’t forget to BYOC (Bring your own containers). Dog treats are the most important fill of their Healthy Pantry, which makes this one of Doug and Holly’s favorite stops.
They ended the day at The Vault Brewing Company. They have outdoor seating perfect for dogs and even provide water bowls so the dogs can enjoy a drink with you. You can’t go wrong with any of their seasonal brews and the wood-fired pizzas are delicious. The Brown Sugar Buffalo is a personal favorite. The Vault finished off the night with live music, which was such a great touch for a summer night with the pups.
Doug and Holly cannot wait to spend more summer days in Yardley with their families and will be back for more delicious summer treats.
