Start your holiday off with a 2-mile run or 2-mile family fun run/walk through Shady Book Farm’s spectacular Holiday Light Display. You will not want to miss this special annual event!

The Brooklyn Charmers: The Music of Steely Dan Live

Christmas Parade at Sesame Place

Santa's Grand Illumination

Santa Claus is coming to…Sesame Place!  Join your favorite furry friends for a special Christmas celebration as Santa illuminates the night for the first time this year to help Sesame kick-off A Very Furry Christmas! After some holly jolly singing and dancing with Santa’s trusty elves and everyone’s favorite Sesame Street® friends, Santa will arrive on a horse-drawn carriage to light up the night with millions of twinkling lights!

25th Annual Holiday Light Show

Experience the magic of more than 3 million lights illuminating acres of farmland at Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show! Encounter whimsical displays and familiar characters as you drive through in the comfort of your own car or enjoy the show on an open-air wagon ride (weather permitting). The two-mile trail takes about 20 minutes to drive through if you’re taking your time to enjoy the sights.

When: November 23, 5 - 10 p.m.

A Very Furry Christmas

A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place® Philadelphia is a festive, family-friendly celebration with everyone’s favorite Sesame Street® friends. The park is transformed into a one-of-a-kind Christmas wonderland with millions of twinkling lights and festive decorations all around.

When: November 23 – January 1

Gingerbread Competition & Display

Feast your eyes on the creative and whimsical entries within several categories: Traditional, Authentic Reproduction, 3-D, Movie or TV Set, Student, Kids Only and more. The Gingerbread entries will be on exhibit in the Village Gazebo during shopping hours.

Hanukkah Lights

Self-taught award-winning artist and native of Bucks County Jill Tarabar is proud to present a one woman display of Chanukah Menorahs at the Bucks County Visitor Center this holiday season. Jill mixes a variety of clear textured glass with bevels and found objects, and she’s inspired by nature, spirituality and Judaica. Much of her work consists of functional gift items such as jewelry boxes, Menorahs & Mezuzot.

Steve Forbert Live

Come watch this singer/songwriter perform while relaxing with a glass of wine! Forbert’s performance documents his early adventures in the big city while pursuing his quest to make music. Sharing reflections and journals he kept at the time, he weaves an absorbing narrative that fully documents the trials, travails, and triumphs that would eventually play out over the course of his prolific 40-year career.

What the Deadly Dickens? Murder Mystery Dinner

It’s another Dickens of a murder! Despite hosting a murderous holiday party last year, which resulted in the murders of Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim, the Sawyers are going to give it another try. They have invited all of their closest friends for their annual holiday party – and are hoping for no mishaps this year. But when an uninvited guest shows up, someone is bound to exclaim, “What the deadly Dickens?”

Pigskin Peanuts Exhibit

Just in time for football season, Pigskin Peanuts showcases fifty of Charles M. Schulz's daily and Sunday Peanuts comic strips featuring the sport of football and the popular characters Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Snoopy and more. The companion exhibit, Bucks County Plays Football! highlights some of Bucks County’s own football history and traditions and will include historic photographs, video footage, game programs, tickets, sports cards and other artifacts and memorabilia.

Charlotte Schatz: Indomitable

Bucks Professor Emerita and celebrated regional artist Charlotte Schatz explore issues of social justice and urban life as she moves effortlessly between sculpture, painting and collage. This exhibit brings together major works from throughout her artistic career.
