Scarecrows in the Village
For eight fun-filled weeks, one hundred scarecrows dot the brick pathways of our autumn-tinted Village. Some are inspired by famous characters, some are humorous, some are scary – but all of them are carefully handmade by Philly-area residents and organizations.

“Dracula”
Roxey Ballet's fall season brings back the Halloween favorite to the stage - DRACULA! Mark Roxey's original choreography, set to a collage of music and sound effects by David Hanoman, follows Bram Stoker's classic vampire tale.

Stargazing Series
River House at Odette’s is hosting a series of Stargazing events fireside at Odette’s Overlook with Expert Allen Liu on-site to moderate details of that evening’s Orionids Meteor Shower, the most prolific meteor shower associated with Halley’s Comet.

Fall Excursion
On the Fall Excursion, passengers will enjoy a 2-hour round-trip excursion through scenic Bucks County. Passengers will ride aboard beautifully restored vintage (early 1900’s) passenger coaches while a narrator will provide you with interesting historical facts and stories of significant cultural locations along the route.

Trick or Treat Train
Enjoy the trip, while participating in the live reading of Spookley the Square Pumpkin. Cheerful, seasonal songs will also be performed by one of the railroad’s musicians. 93rd Juried Art Show at Phillips’ Mill
The show features the work of over 100 artists and sculptors with work ranging from the traditional to the contemporary to the abstract, and draws art lovers and collectors from Philadelphia to New York.

Founders & Fellows
Located in Foundation House (c.1925) in the historic English Village at Phillips Mill, the birthplace of Pennsylvania Impressionism and the New Hope School, Founders & Fellows will present a pictorial overview of the original New Hope Artist Colony and the artistic legacy of its Founders William Lathrop, Edward Redfield, and Daniel Garber.

New Hope History Walking Tours

Snipes Fall Festival

Dreams of Freedom
Dreams of Freedom: The Threads That Hold Us Together was organized by the Sankofa Artisans Guild (SAG) and includes quilts and mixed media submitted by artists and crafters from around the country. The quilts depict scenes and themes honoring Tubman’s life and legacy.

Lumberville Ghosts & Spirits Bike Tour
