A Taste of Italy: Mozzarella Making & Wine
Ever Wondered how to make fresh Mozzarella? We’ll be making it live, in front of you, while we experience the typical “Sunday lunch” like on a hot summer day on the Amalfi Coast.
This is our first event open to kids too!
Tasting will include live mozzarella making, fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh sliced prosciutto crudo, and balsamic vinegars. We will also be sampling Falanghina Wine and a special wine “Vino con la Percoca”. We'll be featuring a refreshing almond based non-alcoholic drink called "Orzata".
