Culinary Workshop: Fermented Peppers, Ketchup & Hot Sauce Class

Join us at Layla's Table for a Whole Body Nourishment Culinary Skills Workshop where we will explore the flavors of fire in the kitchen.

Peppers and tomatoes are ripening in the garden and are ready for harvesting. What better way to experience the flavors than to bottle them up and use them throughout the season!

In this workshop we will explore:
The fermentation process working with tomatoes and peppers.
The added health benefits of eating fermented foods and the support for our gut health.
Concocting our own bottles of fermented ketchup and hot sauce to take home to our own pantries.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
It is also a great opportunity to walk the grounds and pick fruit from the orchard.
