Farm to Table Benefit Dinner
After the Autumn Faire, please stay for an enchanting benefit dinner in our community room. This will be a five course farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Ian Knauer of The Farm Cooking School, Gourmet Magazine and PBS. Featured in the five courses will be local venison, as it is one of the most sustainable meat sources. Along with expertly prepared venison, enjoy delicious local organic vegetables courtesy of Roots to River Farm from Solebury, PA. These five courses will be paired with local wines. Enjoy live music, raffles, and talks on sustainability during the dinner. All proceeds benefit environmental education programs and preservation efforts at Churchville Nature Center.
