Pearl S. Buck International is thrilled to announce the return of its Community Holiday Open House on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 6 to 9 pm. This fun holiday gathering of Pearl S. Buck International friends and family continues the tradition of our founder, Nobel and Pulitzer Prize-winning author, humanitarian, and activist Pearl S. Buck, hosting the local community at a seasonal party in her barn. During this festive evening, guests will be entertained by an Irish dance performance and free décor tours (no historical interpretation) of Festival of Trees will be offered. At the conclusion of the evening the winners of the Festival of Trees decorator contest will be announced.
The Community Holiday Open House will be held on the grounds of the Pearl S. Buck House, a National Historic Landmark, which is located at 520 Dublin Road, Perkasie, PA 18944. This holiday event is complimentary and open to the public.
