Pastries stuffed with delicious fillings - who doesn't love a well made empanada? While they originated in Spain they are popular around the world, especially Latin American countries. There are a number of great places to get them but they are easy to make at home. This class will take you through the process from start to finish - making the dough, forming and cooking these popular treats. We'll make three varieties of empanadas using different fillings and cooking methods. By the end of the class you'll be ready to create your favorite version at home.
