But if you are looking to reduce or eliminate meat from your diet or currently a vegetarian looking for more flavorful recipes, join us for this class on tasty vegetarian dishes. We'll make meals that are nutritionally complete and still taste great. This class will help participants understand the promises and pitfalls of the vegetarian diet.

The food of the Mediterranean is robust, intensely flavored food. It is based on great ingredients, not elaborate preparations. Ingredients like olives, goat cheese and artichokes with garlic and fruity olive oils.
