Vinny "Big Pussy" Pastore's Gangster Squad

The Gangster Squad came together after Vinny Pastore's performance in Woody Allen's Broadway Production of “Bullets over Broadway.” He contacted some of the best musicians to come out of the famed Crazy Horse Cafe in New Rochelle, New York, back in the 80s, a club he owned and operated. The repertoire includes blues, soul, rock 'n' roll and some doo-wop from the 50s, and is a great show for all ages. Some songs include “On Broadway,” “Stand by Me,” “Chantilly Lace,” “Evil Ways,” “Wild Nights,” “The Wanderers,” “My Girl,” “No Woman No Cry,” and “Brown Sugar.”

Pastore discovered acting late in life (at the insistence of Matt Dillon and his brother Kevin). A versatile actor, he has appeared on Broadway, in movies and on television, and is probably most known for the character Big Pussy Bonpensiero on "The Sopranos." He has also found the time to be the host on the "Repo Man" television series, traveling all over the United States, to recover unpaid secured debts. And, in his spare time, he performs with his band, The Gangster Squad.
