As one of the world's largest producers of wine, California remains one of it's most dynamic as well. In addition to enjoying wines from the two most know regions, Napa and Sonoma, participants will taste wines from three other key districts - the Central Coast, Santa Barbara and Monterey. The diverse climate of the area allows for many varietals to flourish but we'll feature a selection of reds and whites that showcases what each region does best.
