Discover the wonders of winter as we identify wild-edibles in the winter landscape. We will take a foraging walk around the property before heading back to the center to try some seasonal wild-edibles and create our own tea blends to keep us cozy and healthy this winter. Participants can try Conifer-blend Eggnog (alcoholic), Rosehip Punch (non-alcoholic), Pine Shortbread Cookies, and Beautyberry honey over crackers and fruits. Event takes place on January 22nd, however in the case of inclement weather, registrants will be contacted and the snow day will be on January 23rd, at 10:30am.
