Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve has native wildflowers, shrubs and trees in trails, woods, meadows a pond and creek. Reserve a private guided tour for your bus tour, school or scout group! Enjoy views of the bird observatory while hosting your meeting or gathering for up to 60 people. Or book your wedding or special event for 80 to 100 people.

- Description Hosting an event at the Preserve is a privilege reserved for our Business Partners and members at the family level and above. Evidence of insurance is required for all rentals. Cancellation Policy- $50 of each reservation is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than one month prior to the reservation date and we are unable to rent the facility there is no refund.
- Space Notes The Pond rental includes use of the stone patio and surrounding lawn. The area will accommodate 150-200 guests. The Moore Pavilion rental includes use of twelve picnic tables and a wood burning fireplace. Guests are welcome to make other seating arrangements to create their own memorable event. A Gazebo is available to rent for small ceremonies and can accommodate a max of 20 people. In our Auditorium conference tables and chairs are provided for up to 60 people.
