Relax and unwind! As Bishop Estate owners like to say, "come on over and wine a bit!

Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery offers 16 kinds of wine and is open every day! One of their bestsellers is the Dark Bishop Cabernet Sauvignon, a Cabernet that is aged in a Dad's Hat Rye Whiskey barrel (another Bucks County alcohol producer!) from local Laurel Springs in Bristol, PA that brings out wonderful flavors that enhances the full-bodied fruit-forward Cabernet to gives it a smooth mouth feel. This is an outstanding wine for sipping or pairing with a hearty meal, plus, it makes a great gift for those special occasions.

Visit the farm and enjoy a tasting of 6 wines to find out which are your favorites. Merlot, Marquette (grandchild of a Pinot Noir), dry and sweet Rieslings and a fantastic red blend, Croc My World Red, and a white wine blend, El-If-I-Know (...what kind of grapes are in this wine!). These are one-of-a-kind wines you should be trying!  Bishop Estate also has a few fruit wines, like the crisp and refreshing Applenoonie apple wine, and the beautifully sweet, pure Strawberry wine. With dry, off-dry and sweet wines available, there is something that will appeal to every palette.

The Dark Bishop Cabernet Sauvignon, Bishop Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cranberries Dream are their top three sellers!
