Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve

Where Mind, Heart and Spirit Bloom. Native wildflowers, ferns, shrubs, trees in naturalistic settings. Trails, woods, meadows, pond, creek. Visitor Center with exhibits, shop and educational programs for children and adults.

General
  • Days & Hours of Operation: Grounds open 8:30am to sunset daily. Visitor Center (including Twinleaf Shop) open 9am to 5pm, Tuesday – Sunday. Guided Wildflower Walk, offered Tuesday thru Sunday 2pm from April - October.
  • Seasonal Days & Hours of Operation: The Visitor Center will be open on the following Monday holidays: Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Visitor Center will be closed for the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve through New Year’s (12/24 – 1/1).

Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve Meeting Facility

  • Space Notes: The Pond rental includes use of the stone patio and surrounding lawn. The area will accommodate 150-200 guests. The Moore Pavilion rental includes use of twelve picnic tables and a wood burning fireplace. Guests are welcome to make other seating arrangements to create their own memorable event. A Gazebo is available to rent for small ceremonies and can accommodate a max of 20 people. In our Auditorium conference tables and chairs are provided for up to 60 people.
  • Description: Hosting an event at the Preserve is a privilege reserved for our Business Partners and members at the family level and above. Evidence of insurance is required for all rentals. Cancellation Policy- $50 of each reservation is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than one month prior to the reservation date and we are unable to rent the facility there is no refund.
