Nominated by a panel of experts and voted on by USA Today readers, Peddler’s Village reigns at the top of an impressive list of shopping centers across the country, factoring in variety of stores, dining and entertainment options, and overall guest experience.
Founded in 1962, this 18th-century style specialty shopping village is located between New Hope and Doylestown. Visitors can explore more than 65 unique shops and six restaurants on 42 acres of award-winning gardens, brick pathways lined with colonial-style buildings, and exquisite lodging at the Golden Plough Inn.
Peddler’s Village hosts year-round events for visitors to enjoy including Strawberry Festival (May), Sand Sculpture Display (July), Peach Weekend (August), Scarecrows in the Village (October), Apple Festival and the Grand Illumination Celebration (November), Gingerbread House Competition & Display and Holly Jolly Weekend (December) and so much more.
