More than 8.4 Million visitors traveled to Bucks County in 2024, generating more than $1.3 Billion in economic impact. 

BUCKS COUNTY, PA (April 1, 2025) – Visit Bucks County (VBC) is proud to report that Bucks County, Pennsylvania welcomed a record 8.4 million visitors in 2024, an increase of 2.4% from 2023 and reached a record $1.3 billion in total economic impact, an increase of 3.4% from 2023. 

According to Tourism Economics, day and overnight visitation to Bucks County increased in 2024, surpassing the highs of 2018 and 2019—a testament to the county’s continued appeal as a destination for travelers near and far.  

The Economic Impact of Visitation to Bucks County, 2024: 

  • Bucks County saw 8.4 million visitors in 2024. 

  • Visitors directly spent $710 million —2.3% more than in 2023. Visitor spending includes food & beverage, lodging, transportation, retail and recreation. 

  • Tourism generated a total of $1.3 billion in economic impact, a 3.4% increase over 2023. 

  • There were 29,104 leisure and hospitality jobs in Bucks County, a 1.5% increase over 2023.
