BUCKS COUNTY, PA (July 1, 2020) – Visit Bucks County (VBC) launched From the Locals podcast, a new audio series highlighting what makes Bucks County unique told from the perspective of local business owners.
The podcast complements the long-running “From the Locals” blog on VisitBucksCounty.com, which already features personal posts on things to do, Bucks County history, arts and culture, recreation and more written entirely by locals. Brooke Hillman, a Bucks County resident and frequent contributor to the “From the Locals” blog, will host the new podcast.

Listeners can hear Brooke and owner Timothy Mourer discuss his baking beginnings, what visitors can expect when they visit his shop and why he is proud to own and run his business in the same area where he grew up.
“No matter where life takes us, we always keep our hometown close at heart,” says Paul Bencivengo, President/COO of Visit Bucks County, “Production for the podcast began prior to COVID-19 and we felt it was important to move forward with this project as it will help distribute important content about the hospitality industry. Hearing the locals’ perspectives through podcast platform, we hope to inspire outsiders to want to come and explore Bucks County.”
Audiences can access the podcast now for free through popular streaming services Spotify, iHeartRadio, iTunes/Apple, Google Podcasts or on VisitBucksCounty.com/Podcast. New podcast episodes will air monthly.
