Scarecrows in the Village
An autumn tradition continues! For six fun-filled weeks, over 150 scarecrows line the brick pathways of our autumn-tinted Village. Some are inspired by famous characters, some are humorous, some are scary – but all of them are carefully handmade by Philly-area residents and organizations.

9/11 Rememberance Ceremony
On the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the Garden of Reflection will host a morning ceremony to commemorate the tragic day by marking the chronological events. The ceremony will begin at 8:30 AM and conclude within an hour, followed by a period for reflection and visits to the memorial. Throughout the morning, a bell will mark each significant moment from that day.

Almost Queen - A Tribute to Queen

Hellerick's Fall Festival
Bring your family and friends to the rolling hills of Bucks County to enjoy a great day of fun on the farm. General Admission includes entry to their 18 acre Adventure Farm area which includes a Wagon Ride, 5 acre Corn Maze, Farm animals, Farm Obstacle Course, and 40+ activities for children and adults of all ages. Enjoy fresh baked goods and cider select weekends in September & October.

Funny Farm Yardley
Come out to Charlann Farms as the 2026 Summer Stand Up Series continues with Missy Hall, Matt Jenkins, Steve Bickel & host Bronston Jones. Charlann Farms harvests laughs with the Funny Farm outdoor show on Second Fridays this summer at 7pm.

Weekly Garden Tours at Andalusia
Andalusia will offer weekly tours of the gardens every Friday at 1pm. Enjoy a leisurely walk learning about what plants are in bloom and what work has been done to cultivate and maintain the gardens. These tours will be led by a rotation of Andalusia staff from the garden and grounds team.

Radical Americana at Andalusia
Andalusia Historic House, Gardens & Arboretum is an exhibiting partner of Radical Americana, a series of exhibitions organized by The Clay Studio and other arts and cultural institutions in the Philadelphia area. Contemporary artists working with craft materials — such as wood, clay, fiber, glass, and metal — will display their art in historical settings throughout the region, including the Big House at Andalusia.

Tile Mosaic Exhibitions
Check out a series of historic Mercer mosaics, re-issues from the tile floor at the Pennsylvania State Capitol building, including Washington Crossing the Delaware, The Signing of the Declaration of Independence, and The Liberty Bell. The tiled pavement in the Pennsylvania State Capitol, designed by Henry Chapman Mercer, features close to 400 mosaics illustrating Pennsylvania history through scenes, native artifacts, indigenous flora and fauna, and colonial crafts & industries.
