Crossing Vineyards and Winery
This repeat Best of Bucks winner is located on a 200-year-estate in Newtown, near where George Washington crossed the Delaware. Book a tasting at Crossing Vineyards to be guided through several award-winning wines, including their famous Chocolate Cherry Truffle Port.
Rose Bank Winery
Also in Newtown, enjoy a glass on Rose Bank Winery's patio as you soak in views of a 1719 manor house, three-story barn, and lush property. Groups can book a private guided tasting through six wines and complementary small bites. Rose Bank is best known for its fruit and sweet options.
Rushland Ridge Vineyards
In the picture-worthy hills of Jamison, Rushland Ridge Vineyards provides reasonably priced, locally grown table wines for every palate. They offer a wide selection of reds and whites, as well as rosé and port, served from an intimate tasting room.
Buckingham Valley Vineyards and Winery
One of Pennsylvania’s oldest wineries, Buckingham Valley Vineyards and Winery in Buckingham blends tradition with state-of-the-art equipment. This laid back, no-frills winery focuses on creating delicious wine at affordable prices. Enjoy flights of dry or sweet varieties or order by the glass. Reservations required for groups of eight or more.
Lunch Break
If you’re visiting Crossing Vineyards, consider booking a celebratory tasting that includes lunch, or choose from their menu of sandwiches, salads, and light bites. Alternatively, Rose Bank Winery offers a seasonal snack and charcuterie menu that’s perfect for sharing.
After lunch, visit any wineries you haven’t hit yet, or head back to the hotel to relax by the pool or unwind in the bar lounge.
Evening - Dinner & Drinks in Peddler's Village
Cap off the day with dinner and drinks in Peddler’s Village near New Hope.
For hearty fare and colonial charm, try Cock n’ Bull, or opt for contemporary American cuisine in a rustic-chic setting at Earl’s New American. Prefer something laid-back? Head to Hart’s Tavern.
If you’re up for more wine, explore Free Will Brewing Taproom, Hewn Spirits Tasting Room, and Nissley Vineyards–all within the village.
Day Two: More Wineries & Bucks County Restaurants
Morning: Brunch Spots to Try
Start your day with Sunday brunch at the Churchville Inn in Southampton, where you’ll find sweet and savory options alongside a morning cocktail list, including bottomless mimosas. Genevieve's Kitchen in Doylestown serves up simple, seasonal dishes made with care—and it’s BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle to enjoy with your meal.

Midday: More Wineries to Visit
Knox Vineyards
This small, family-run vineyard in Chalfont grows, harvests, produces and bottles a curated selection of wines on-site. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with firepits, live music and a spacious tasting room. Sample Knox Vineyards’ signature wines or sip a glass on the outdoor patio.
Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery
There’s always something happening at Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery in Perkasie. Visit their tasting room inside a barn to try six of their 20-plus wines, ranging from dry to sweet. Afterward, grab a glass, or wine slushy, and enjoy live music and food trucks on the scenic grounds of this historic farm.
Aviator Vineyard and Winery
With aviation-themed wines like “Red Eye” and “First Class Cabin,” Aviator Vineyard and Winery in Perkasie brings fun to every pour. Their tasting room, located in an airplane hangar, offers a unique experience. A tasting includes four of their 10 wines plus a complimentary glass to enjoy onsite.
Lunch Stop
We recommend visiting Bishop Estate around midday so you can enjoy lunch from one of their rotating food trucks, which change weekly and pair perfectly with a glass of wine.
Evening: End the Trip with a Wine-Filled Dinner
Wrap up your Bucks County wine weekend with a memorable dinner at one of the area's standout restaurants.
Washington House Hotel and Restaurant in Sellersville serves fine American contemporary cuisine alongside an extensive wine list, all in a cozy, historic setting. The Washington Crossing Inn suggests pairings for each of its entrées and features selections from California and international vineyards. Seafood lovers should try Rocco’s at the Brick, which features a lengthy wine list with plenty of options by the glass.

Where to Stay
Bucks County has a wide range of places to stay, from local options to brand-name hotels.
For a romantic riverside stay, Bridgeton House on the Delaware in Upper Black Eddy offers elegant suites and scenic views.
The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm, located on 100 acres of land, is just 15 minutes or so from several wineries and includes a daily wine and cheese hour.
