  • Description Hosting an event at the Preserve is a privilege reserved for our Business Partners and members at the family level and above. Evidence of insurance is required for all rentals. Cancellation Policy- $50 of each reservation is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than one month prior to the reservation date and we are unable to rent the facility there is no refund.
  • Space Notes The Pond rental includes use of the stone patio and surrounding lawn. The area will accommodate 150-200 guests. The Moore Pavilion rental includes use of twelve picnic tables and a wood burning fireplace. Guests are welcome to make other seating arrangements to create their own memorable event. A Gazebo is available to rent for small ceremonies and can accommodate a max of 20 people. In our Auditorium conference tables and chairs are provided for up to 60 people.
