The Phillips Mill Foundation for the Arts creates an accessible place for artists to work, study and collaborate while encouraging the public to gather for inspiration and education. Through restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures & landscape, the Foundation will create artist studios and exhibition spaces for public engagement.
