Visit Bucks County partnered with host, Warwick Farm Brewing, and the brewers of Bucks County to release the third county-wide Bucks County Ale Trail collaboration beer, Expedition Bucks County, a 5.0% Pilsner, brewed Motueka Hops. The beer recipe and label were redesigned for the collaboration’s third year, with the beer actively brewing during the event.

The Ale Trail launched in 2019 with 15 breweries and has since grown to more than 30 breweries (including taprooms). To date, more than 25,000 visitors have obtained an Ale Trail passport and Visit Bucks County has tracked more than 80,000 visits to breweries and fulfilled 8,500 Ale Trail prizes.

“The Bucks County Ale Trail has become a favorite experience for those visiting our region. In total, more than 8.4 million visitors explore Bucks County each year,” said Paul Bencivengo, President/CEO of Visit Bucks County. “Visitor spending in the County generates nearly $1.3 billion in economic impact, annually, and helps support a total hospitality workforce of 29,000. The Ale Trail is a successful partnership that highlights our unique craft beer scene and reflects the strong sense of community and collaboration among Bucks County brewers.”

Expedition Bucks County will be available to taste and purchase on August 29th on draft and in cans at participating Bucks County Ale Trail brewery locations.

At the event, Visit Bucks County also announced a new limited edition Ale Trail prize for the month of August. Participants who check in at six participating breweries between August 7 and August 31 will receive a limited-edition hoodie, while supplies last.
