Summer is a great time to be outside in beautiful Bucks County and explore nature. The Peace Valley Lavender Farm, located in Doylestown, is a great location to see the beauty of Bucks County! The Lavender Farm holds so many memories for family, friends, and dogs as it is puppy friendly.
June through July is the best time to see these varieties of lavenders blooming and pick the lavender. When you go to Peace Valley Lavender Farm, there are a ton of things to do, see, and buy! Every time I have gone to the lavender farm, I have gotten myself some goodies at the gift shop. The shop is full of lavender necessities from baking mixes, lotions, chocolate, and even lavender infused drinks.
Two of the items that I have used for almost two years now from their gift shop are the Lavender Sheet and Pillow Spray and the Lavender Body Lotion. Before bed, I spray the lavender mist around my bed and even my room. The smell of lavender lingers in my room, allowing me to decompress after a long day and feel relaxed.
Speaking of feeling relaxed, lavenders have such a healing scent to them! Sitting or walking through the fields helps the mind. Some of my favorite moments are seeing people come to the farm and just admire the views and the sounds of nature.
Right in front of the barn, you can sit and soak in the beautiful fields of bushes and even see the view of Peace Valley Park from across the street. In the gift shop, you can grab food and drinks while enjoying the views or even after you pick the lavenders yourself. The Lavender Dark Chocolate and Blueberry Lavender drink are a perfect combination when at the farm. The rich chocolate has a perfect taste of cocoa, with a hint of lavender. The Blueberry Lavender is a sparkly and refreshing drink for the summer.
The Peace Valley Lavender Farm is a summer bucket list goal that needs to be checked for your next family trip in Bucks County! This experience is not like any other.
