BUCKS COUNTY, PA (March 19, 2019) – Visit Bucks County (VBC), the official tourism promotion agency for Bucks County, is proud to announce the hiring of four new employees:

Kate Isbel, Digital Communications Manager
Kate Isbel joins as Digital Communications Manager. Kate has an extensive tourism and hospitality background having held positions at PHLCVB and The Logan Hotel in Philadelphia. During her time at PHLCVB, Kate had an active role website management and social media content development and research. At The Logan Hotel, she oversaw the complete redesign of the property’s website, all social media channels, paid digital advertising, content development and tracking/reporting on analytics. Kate is a graduate of Temple University with a masters degree in Tourism & Hospitality. At Visit Bucks County, Kate is responsible for digital communications including VisitBucksCounty.com, Facebook, Email, Digital Advertising and tracking/reporting on analytics.

Emily Cummins
Emily Cummins joins as Public Relations Manager. Emily has more than 10 years of experience in media and communications including roles as a journalist at The Express-Times and NJ.com. Most recently, she managed public relations for ArtsQuest, the nonprofit which runs SteelStacks and Musikfest in Bethlehem. There she was responsible for overseeing the organization’s press events, news releases, nonprofit advocacy, blog posts and volunteer photography program. Additionally, she played a key role in growing the organization’s media mentions. Emily is a graduate of the Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Kristen Green, Visitor Information Coordinator
Kristen Green joins as Visitor Information Coordinator. Kristen comes from the corporate retail industry, with more than 12 years of experience in buying, product development and global sourcing for the Ascena Retail Group and Burlington Coat Factory. Most recently, she worked in sales and marketing for Jay’s Steak and Hoagie Joint. At Visit Bucks County, Kristen assists the Operations Director in the management of the Visitor Service department’s daily operations. She also represents Visit Bucks County at community outreach events.

Megan Marianelli, Graphic Design Assistant
Megan Marianelli joins as Graphic Design Assistant. With a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from West Chester University, Megan has an extensive graphic design portfolio. Previously she has worked as a designer Hasbro, Stream Companies and Death of the Fox Brewing Company. Megan works alongside VBC’s Graphic Designer to assist on all print and digital marketing collateral.
