Step out into the sunshine and melt away your winter blues because Spring has sprung in Bucks County! With events happening throughout the entire season, there’s always a reason to celebrate. 

  • Peddler's Village Strawberry Festival

Peddler’s Village Spring Fling and Strawberry Festivals

Spring is in full bloom at Peddler’s Village with events happening throughout the season. The Spring Fling Festival kicks off and celebrates the warmer season. The Food & Drink and Entertainment areas feature Peddler's Village restaurants, a beer garden, artisan’s market, live music, fun and entertainment that make this the ideal way to experience the beginning of Springtime with your group! Later in the season, come out to Peddler’s annual Strawberry Festival to indulge in a weekend full of delicious strawberry treats, eats and family fun. Pre-ordering is available for fresh strawberry pies, and festival packages are offered for both events.

The Tileworks Festival

The Spring season brings the unique opportunity to view and purchase the ceramic tileworks of more than 50 artists from all over the country. Admission to the festival includes a self-guided tour of the Tile Works in Doylestown where ceramists will be seen demonstrating the historic tile making processes of the founder, Henry Mercer.

New Hope Pride Week and Parade

On May 18th 2019, New Hope hosts one of the largest Pride parades in the area bringing over 600 participants and 15,000 in attendance. The celebration features both local and national marching bands, floats, nonprofit organizations, and a 100 ft. rainbow equality flag in eight colors! The LGBTQ festivities run throughout the week, including a fair, contests, educational events, parties and closing with the parade.

Bucks County Wine Trail Spring Tour

Make your way through Bucks County’s beautiful countryside while sipping on the flavors of unique hand-crafted wines. Consisting of eight wineries and vineyards that encompass hundreds of acres of land, this self-guided tour invites you to take in the scenic views and fresh air that Bucks County has to offer. Rent a tour bus through one of our transportation services that will take you and your group to multiple places. Every October through April, Passport to Bucks cards are available that will get you and your group free tastings. See all the wineries on the wine trail here. 

Bucks County Designer House and Gardens Tour

Stone Ridge Farm in Perkasie has been selected as the 44th Bucks County Designer House & Gardens. This annual event now attracts more than 7,000 visitors each year. Proceeds from the event support Doylestown Hospital and the mission of the VIA (Village Improvement Association). Visitors are invited to tour the home and grounds, which have been transformed by the top designers and landscapers in the area.

Garden Tours

Enthrall your group in spring with the beautiful sights and smells of Bucks County’s gardens during their peak season. AndalusiaBowman’s Hill Wildlife Preserve, Hortulus Farm Garden & Nursery, The Gardens at Mill Fleurs, and Tyler Formal Gardens at Bucks County Community College are all included in the America’s Garden Capital Passport (speaking of, did you know the greater Philadelphia area is America’s Garden Capital?!).
