Evening Bike Tour in Yardley

Wrap up your day with an easy, guided ride along the D&L Trail from Yardley to Washington Crossing Park and back. Ride is easy, flat and lasts about 35 minutes each way depending on the group's pace. No riders will be left behind.

Songs in the Attic – The Music of Billy Joel

Washington Crossing Historic Park is hosting the third annual Rebels & Redcoats Classic Car Show. This unique show features only American, French, British and German cars, representing the four countries involved in the Revolutionary War.

4th of July Fireworks Show at Sesame Place

“C… is for Celebrate” Fireworks Show! Rock out with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and Count von Count, as their music fills the air and the sky is covered with colorful bursts of brilliance. Be sure to watch us paint the sky red (and green and blue) from inside the park. This impressive display will certainly give you something to celebrate this Fourth of July!

Independence Day Celebration: Living History Day

Celebrate Independence Day by bringing the whole family back in time—to July 4, 1776! At Washington Crossing Historic Park, you can watch living historians demonstrate their crafts, tour the buildings in the Historic Village, and see a military encampment.

Quakertown Community Day

Join in on the fun at Quakertown’s annual July 4th Community Day! Local service groups join together to host a celebratory event with activities like bounce houses, face painting, on-stage performances and fireworks.

Buckingham Valley Train Excursion 

All aboard! On the Buckingham Valley Excursion, passengers will enjoy a 2-hour round-trip train ride through scenic Bucks County on the “New Hope Branch” route, originally the North-East Pennsylvania Railroad and later part of the Reading Railroad.

Measurement Rules and Magnificent Measures 

Measurement Rules is a family-friendly, interactive exhibit created by the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. This exhibit explores the meaning of size, height, length, weight and volume through a variety of hands-on activities like giant tape measures, treadmill odometers, balance scales and more! Magnificent Measures! The Hausman–Hill Collection of Calculating Instruments, is an exhibit featuring rare examples of historical measuring instruments drawn from the private collection of Bucks County residents Kathryn Hausman and Jim Hill. Explore both exhibits this weekend!
